Multiple openings currently exist for Experience Managers (EM’s). This role entails being the primary point of contact for our customers, analyzing and following up on support requests, conducting phone calls and screen-sharing sessions with key contacts in order to increase customer satisfaction and be as helpful as possible.



As part of this job, you will learn about accounting, project management and the construction industry. There is no requirement for previous experience. If you are technically inclined, you will also be introduced to SQL and learn how to use databases to query information. We primarily are looking for people that can communicate well through email and over the phone and that can investigate problems and diagnose what might be going wrong. Being technical is not a requirement, but being able to learn new things, being adept at problem-solving, and having the desire to help out others are both absolute necessities.



The “Experience Manager” position is also an entry-way into our company. We are a 175-person company with a lot of room for internal promotion. The “Experience Manager” (EM) position was created as a combination support and account-management position. Although worthwhile in and of itself, it can also lead to being a Project Manager[1] or Consultant[2] once one is familiar with the Construction Industry and their accounting and project management processes.

Required Qualifications:

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Problem-solving capability



Key Responsibilities:

· Diagnose support issues or provide limited amounts of training

· To respond to support emails

· To create support documentation, i.e. how-to guides, articles, etc.

· To hold weekly calls with certain customers to review outstanding issues and to prioritize customer requests

· To assist other co-workers
